Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2018

XpertHR analysis of Government data on gender pay gap reporting, undertaken in June 2018 on data published in the 12 months to 4 April 2018. Under the gender pay gap reporting duty, employers with 250 or more employees on 5 April each year are required to report on their gender pay and bonus gaps within 12 months. This XpertHR analysis contains public-sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
