Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2018/2019

The 2018/2019 XpertHR survey on employers' experience of the new gender pay gap reporting duty, based on responses from 312 private-sector organisations. Under the gender pay gap reporting duty, employers with 250 or more employees on 5 April each year are required to report on their gender pay and bonus gaps within 12 months.
