Labour disputes

Official monthly statistics from the ONS on days lost to labour disputes and the number of stoppages, including by sector.

In its Labour Market Overview published on 21 April 2020, the ONS included a short statement on coronavirus and its impact on labour market outputs. Due to the current situation, the labour disputes section of the monthly labour market report will not be published "for the foreseeable future" and "data for the missing periods will not be available later". Here, we present the latest information published by the ONS for January 2020 (issued on 17 March 2020) and will update this when new information becomes available.
