In Crown Suppliers (PSA) v Dawkins (24 April 1991) EOR39C, the EAT rules that an industrial tribunal was wrong to find that Rastafarians are an "ethnic group" and therefore that it was racially discriminatory to refuse Mr Dawkins employment because he would not cut his hair.
