Case
In Dowuona v John Lewis plc (12.6.87) EOR15D, the Court of Appeal rules that a woman on maternity leave was not entitled to complain that she had been unfairly dismissed by reason of the employers' refusal to permit her to return to work in circumstances in which, having by agreement added a week's holiday to the end of her maternity leave, she failed to return to work on the agreed date.
