Case
In Drage v Governors of Greenford High School, the Court of Appeal holds that, on a correct application of the law, the effective date of termination of a teacher's employment was the date his internal appeal against summary dismissal failed, pending which he had continued to be suspended on full pay, and not the date on which it was decided to terminate his employment with immediate effect.
