In Fletcher v Chivers Hartley a Bury St Edmunds employment tribunal (Chair: C R Ash) rules that a production worker who was dismissed whilst off sick with a bad foot, was discriminated against on grounds of disability both because her dismissal was not justified and because the employer had failed to make reasonable adjustments.
