Case
A failure to redeploy an employee of mixed race on home visits because it was felt that he would not "feel comfortable in other people's houses", and his subsequent dismissal when a white person was employed on home visits, was unlawful race discrimination, rules a Leicester industrial tribunal (Chair: C J Goodchild) in Fortune v (1) Potters Carpets (Leicester) Ltd (2) Beange.
