In Hextall v the Post Office a Sheffield employment tribunal (Chair: R L L Williams) orders the Post Office to pay £15,000 compensation for injury to feelings (including £5,000 for aggravated damages) to a female employee who suffered harassment from her line manager over 12 months, leading to eight months stress-related absence.
