In JJ Food Service Ltd v Kefil [2013] IRLR 850 EAT, the EAT upheld an employment tribunal's decision that a manager who had received no training following an informal warning about his management style, and was not told that he might be dismissed should his behaviour persist, was unfairly dismissed.
