In Jenkins v Legoland Windsor Park Ltd, the EAT holds that an individual with a disability was discriminated against on the grounds of his disability when, as part of a long service award ceremony, his employer presented him with a model that depicted his disability, and failed to show him in a work-related environment, in circumstances where 55 of the other 58 models presented to fellow workers did reflect an aspect of their work environment.
