In Roberts and Longstaffe v British Telecommunications plc a Southampton industrial tribunal (Chair: I A Edwards) rules that two BT employees whose jobshare applications were rejected were unlawfully discriminated against and recommends that both should be allowed to jobshare within a month of its decision.
