The Supreme Court has upheld the Court of Session decision (Russell and others v Transocean International Resources Ltd and others sub nom Craig v Transocean International Resources Ltd [2011] IRLR 24 CS) that offshore oil-rig workers are not entitled to annual leave in addition to their onshore breaks.
