In Sandhu v HM Customs & Excise a Nottingham industrial tribunal (Chair: J H Bellis) finds that it was unlawful victimisation to discipline an employee for bringing an accusation of racial discrimination which was held to be unfounded, where the complaint was brought in good faith.
