Case
An African-born employee, who was arrested after a security officer called the police on grounds that it was suspected that he might be an illegal immigrant, was unlawfully discriminated against contrary to the Race Relations Act 1976, according to a London (North) industrial tribunal (Chair: B A Calvert) in Sheiky v (1) Argos Distributors Ltd and (2) Stone.
