In Stewart v Cleveland Guest (Engineering) Ltd a Manchester industrial tribunal (Chair: A F W Woolley) has ruled that the employer did not discriminate against a woman by continuing to permit the display of pictures of partially clothed and nude women in her workplace even though the display was offensive to her.
