    In Toffel v London Underground Ltd a London North industrial tribunal (Chair: J E Goodman) held that the employer could justify its decision to discriminate against an applicant for for the post of train guard on the London Underground on the grounds that he suffers from depression for which he is prescribed "Prozac".
