In Wilkes v 1) Dundee City Council 2) The Scottish Ministers EATS/0041/06 the Employment Appeal Tribunal held that the six-month time limit for presenting an equal pay claim ran from the end of the last of a succession of short-term employment contracts that constituted a "stable employment relationship" between the parties, and not from the end of the permanent contract of employment that followed.
