An employer had a duty to consult employee representatives before dismissing an employee based at one of its regional offices and 22 other members of her sales team nationwide, holds the EAT in Mills & Allen Ltd v Bulwich 8.6.00 EAT 154/99. An employment tribunal was entitled to find that the relevant "establishment" was the team of which she was a member and not the office at which she was based.
