A Bristol employment tribunal (Chair: C F Sara) in Bush v Rolls Royce awards £4,000 for injury to feelings to an employee who was harassed because of his depression, and recommends that disability awareness training be provided for employees.

Nigel Bush started work with Rolls Royce in 1980 as an apprentice.Between March 1997 and January 1998, when he was employed as a senior detail draughtsman in the drawing office, Mr Bush was absent from work because of depression.
