    Fletcher v Chivers Hartley [1998] ET1500367/98 (0 other reports)

In Fletcher v Chivers Hartley a Bury St Edmunds employment tribunal (Chair: C R Ash) rules that a production worker who was dismissed whilst off sick with a bad foot, was discriminated against on grounds of disability both because her dismissal was not justified and because the employer had failed to make reasonable adjustments.

Mrs Fletcher was employed as a production worker by Chivers Hartley for over 20 years.
