The Court of Appeal in Home Office v Coyne has overruled a finding that a prison instructor was discriminated against on grounds of sex when her employers failed to deal properly with her complaint of sexual harassment.

Ms Coyne was employed by the Home Office as an instructional officer at Holloway Prison.
