In Bamieh v Crown Prosecution Service a Bedford employment tribunal (Chair: P Robjant) awards £30,000 for injury to feelings including aggravated damages to an Asian barrister who was unlawfully discriminated against on grounds of race and victimised by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). The employer, said the tribunal, wished to "rub her face in the dirt".
