Duncan v Home Office Prison Service [1995] IT/24429/94 (0 other reports)
In Duncan v Home Office Prison Service a Nottingham industrial tribunal (Chair: D R Sneath) rejects a claim from a woman who complained that a male colleague had brought a pornographic magazine into the office and that he persistently stared at her chest. The magazine was not displayed, and the discomfort she felt when he looked at her chest was insufficient to amount to detrimental treatment, says the tribunal.
