In Mohmed v West Coast Trains Ltd EAT/0682/05, the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) has given the first appellate decision on religious discrimination.

The Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, which came into force on 2 December 2003, prohibit direct and indirect discrimination, harassment and victimisation on the grounds of religion or belief.
