This is the first of two articles rounding up recent case law on employment tribunal and EAT practice and procedure.
This article rounds recent noteworthy decisions of the EAT and the Court of Appeal on: time limits for the presentation of complaints; presenting, registering and amending an originating application ("IT1"); extending time for entering a notice of appearance ("IT3"); joinder; representative orders; further particulars; discovery; striking out; restricted reporting orders; and compromise agreements.
