A Racial Equality Council unlawfully discriminated against a white temporary employee when it rejected his application for the post of race equality officer after initially making him an unconditional offer, holds a Middlesborough industrial tribunal (Chair: J C Sutcliffe) in Widlinski v Racial Equality Council of Cleveland and others.
Peter Widlinski began work with Cleveland REC in 1990 as a part-time volunteer.
