Home Office v Coyne [2000] IRLR 838 CA (1 other report)
The fact that the sexual harassment of an employee was treated by her line manager as her fault could not be related to her sex as opposed to poor relationships with other members of staff, holds the Court of Appeal in Home Office v Coyne 27.7.00 Court of Appeal. There was no finding by the employment tribunal, and no material from which to infer, that the line manager's attitude was sexually discriminatory.
