Moore v The Squash Rackets Association Ltd [1995] IT/50482/94 (0 other reports)
The Squash Rackets Association is told by a Manchester industrial tribunal (Chair: J Corcoran) in Moore v The Squash Rackets Association Ltd to make all posts open to both men and women, to use objective criteria in recruitment, and to adopt an equal opportunities policy in consultation with the Equal Opportunities Commission. This follows the tribunal's finding that the association discriminated against a female coach on grounds of sex.
