In Bragg v London Underground Ltd a London North employment tribunal (Chair: M H Don) found that a hearing-impaired employee was treated less favourably because of his disability when he was transferred.
Mr Bragg, who has worked for London Underground since 1979, worked as a train operator until October 1994 when he was transferred to station assistant duties.
