In X v Y a Leeds employment tribunal (Chair: P Hildebrand) has found that a woman who was dismissed for sexually harassing and intimidating a male colleague was not discriminated against on grounds of sex.
The applicant was dismissed from her post as a cold store operative following an allegation of sexual harassment of a male employee.
