In broad terms, TUPE provides that, where a business or service transfers from one organisation to another, the employees assigned to it follow. In our series of four guides on TUPE, we explore how employers can best deliver the commercial aims of a transfer while minimising disruption to their business.
The guides provide leading practice ideas for transferors (the employer that transfers its business or services to another employer) and transferees (the employer that takes on a business or service from another employer).

- Managing TUPE (1): The benefits of observing leading practice
- Managing TUPE (2): Recognising a relevant transfer
- Managing TUPE (3): Information and consultation
