Representation at employment tribunal:
- £850 per half-day plus disbursements
- £1,350 per day plus disbursements
- Travel time at half the hourly rate
All fees are subject to the addition of VAT at the applicable rate and the addition of any associated travel costs and expenses. The fees for claim and defence drafting work are quoted on the basis of initial production of the relevant document. If further drafting or negotiation work is required, additional fees will be incurred. The quoted fees for representation at employment tribunal are in respect of advocacy. Any necessary advance preparation work may incur additional fees.
