Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Commencement No.2) Order 2005 comes into force

The Order brings into force various sections of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004. These sections provide that the Secretary of State may establish or modify pension and compensation schemes for the armed and reserve forces. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
