Code of Practice on discipline and grievance comes into force

To take account of the new statutory procedures a revised version of the Acas Code of Practice comes into force. The Code of Practice sets out practical advice and guidance for dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters in the workplace. The Code of Practice (PDF format) can be viewed on the ACAS website.
