Companies Act 1985 (Operating and Financial Review and Directors' Report) Regulations 2005 come into force

(Note: These Regulations are revoked from 12 January 2006.) The Regulations provide that quoted companies must provide shareholders with an overview of strategy, performance and future prospects, including information about employees. The Regulations  can be viewed on the OPSI website.
