Employment and Support Allowance (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2008 come into force
Implementation date: 27 October 2008
The Regulations make amendments to the legislation on housing benefit and council tax benefit regulations consequential to the introduction, in October 2008, of employment and support allowance. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
