Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2004 come into force
Implementation date: 25 September 2004
The
Rules revise Employment Appeal Tribunal procedures to make them consistent with
the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004
and to effect some minor improvements in procedure, including the disposal of
appeals without merit at the outset. The Rules can be viewed on the OPSI website.
