Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 come into force
Implementation date: 25 September 2004
The Regulations amend the Employment Tribunals
(Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004 adding a new Schedule
containing the Rules of Procedure for equal value claims. The Regulations can
be viewed on the OPSI website.
