Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004 come into force

The Regulations implement the tribunal reform provisions of the Employment Act 2002 and act upon some recommendations of the Employment Tribunal System Taskforce, with focus on improving efficiency and resolving disputes through conciliation in the first instance. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
