Equality Act 2010 (Specification of Public Authorities) (Scotland) Order 2011 comes into force
Implementation date: 6 April 2011
The Order extends the list of Scottish public authorities that are subject to the public sector equality duty under s.149 of the Equality Act 2010. The Order can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
