Fair Employment Tribunal (Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 come into force
Implementation date: 3 April 2005
The Regulations modernise and streamline practices in Fair Employment Tribunals in Northern Ireland. They promote early settlement of cases through the Labour Relations Agency or, where this avenue fails, speed up the passage of cases through the tribunal system. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
