Flexible Working (Procedural Requirements) Regulations 2002 come into force

Implementation date: 6 April 2003

The Regulations outline the procedure to be followed by employers where requests for flexible working are made under the new right for employees to request a variation to their contractual terms and conditions. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI  website.
