Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 come into force

The Regulations update and replace the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003. They fix or determine the fees payable by an applicant to, in most cases, the Health and Safety Executive, in respect of various applications, including, for example, licences under the Asbestos (Licensing) Regulations (Northern Ireland 1984).
