Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 come into force

Implementation date: 16 January 2006

The Regulations update and replace the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004. They fix or determine the fees payable to an applicant to, in most cases, the Health and Safety Executive of Northern Ireland, in respect of various applications, including, for example, approval under the Asbestos (Licensing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1984.
