Immigration Employment Document (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 come into force

The Regulations provide that a group application for an immigration employment document must be accompanied by a fee of £95. They also provide that an application made in respect of a person seeking to enter, or remain, in the United Kingdom under the Sectors-Based Scheme operated under the immigration rules must be accompanied by a fee of £74.
