Industrial Training Levy (Construction Board) Order 2005 comes into force
Implementation date: 14 March 2005
The Order imposes a levy on employers in the construction industry for the purpose of raising money towards meeting the expenses of the Construction Board. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
