National Health Service Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2008 come into force

The Regulations introduce changes to the benefits currently provided for existing members of the NHS occupational pension scheme. These are a result of the new occupational pension scheme for new entrant NHS Staff and General Medical and Dental Practitioners who first join the scheme on or after 1 April 2008.
