New tribunal claim and response forms become mandatory in Northern Ireland

The use of new claim and response forms for industrial tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunals, introduced from 3 April 2005, becomes mandatory. The forms will be available on the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal website after it has been being redesigned to accommodate the changes.
