Occupational Pension Schemes (Employer Debt and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2008 come into force
Implementation date: 6 April 2008
The Regulations set out what employers have to do to pay their debt when severing their relationship with a defined-benefit pension scheme. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
